HE Pa Ponnarada, a member of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) and Deputy Representative of Cambodia to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR), representing HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, CHRC President and Representative of Cambodia to AICHR, is heading a Cambodian delegation to the 40th Meeting of AICHR which is to be held from 10th to 14th February 2025 in Langkawi, Malaysia.
