His Excellency But Phalla, was assigned to hand over 150 kg of rice (3 sacks) to the New Smile of Hope Children Association
With close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on the afternoon of Wednesday 9 August 2023, His Excellency But Phalla, CHRC Member and Director of the Investigation Department was assigned to hand over 150 kg of rice (3 sacks) to the New Smile of Hope Children Association located in Krasang village, Cheung Keb commune, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. This is monthly support provided by His Excellency Keo Remy for the purpose of helping poor orphans and the elderly who are staying in the association.
