His Excellency Ith Rady Chairing Inter-Ministerial Technical Meeting on the Universal Periodic Review (UPR)
On Monday, 10 June 2024, His Excellency Ith Rady, Vice-President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), chaired an Inter-Ministerial Technical Meeting on the UPR at the CHRC meeting hall. He represented His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister and President of the CHRC. The meeting was attended by representatives from all ministries and institutions. The purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss the 275 recommendations that Cambodia received from 100 countries following its UPR, 4th Cycle, which was held on 8 May 2024 during the 46th session of the UPR Working Group of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Switzerland.
