Her Excellency Chham Mary, was appointed to lead a [CHRC] Working Group to educate on and disseminate “human rights and law”
On the Afternoon of Tuesday, 30 May 2023, with close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), Her Excellency Chham Mary, Director General of the General Department of Investigation and Human Rights Education, was appointed to lead a [CHRC] Working Group to Kampong Speu Teacher Training College, to educate on and disseminate “human rights and law” to prac teachers, with the aim of further raising their awareness of basic human rights principles, national laws, international human rights treaties and covenants in relation to human rights.
The Working Group was warmly welcomed by the deputy principal on behalf of the principal, the school management, teachers and prac teachers, which made these outreach activities a great success.
