CHRC Vice President HE Ouch Nipon Attended the 9th Meeting of the Eurasians Ombudsman Alliance
Moscow: HE Ouch Nipon, Vice President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), representing HE Senior Minister Keo Remy, the CHRC President, attended the 9th meeting of the Eurasians Ombudsman Alliance as an observer on 9 October 2024 in Moscow, the Russian Federation, at the invitation of Prof Tatiana Moskalkova, High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.
The 9th meeting was held under the theme “Protecting Human Rights in the Context of Digitalisation,” with the participation of Ombudsman representatives, who are members of the Eurasians Ombudsman Alliance, and observers from national human rights institutions, international organisations, government agencies and civil society organisations from 20 countries.
