HE Nhem Bunthoeun Led Working Group to Preah Sihanouk Province for Investigation of Resident’s Complaint
Stung Hav: HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), in response to a complaint from a local resident, formed a CHRC investigative working group headed by HE Nhem Bunthoeun, a CHRC member, to Riththy 2 village, Keo Phos commune, Stung Hav district, Preah Sihanouk province on Tuesday morning, 1 April 2025. They inspected the site of the conflict and held discussions with the former commune chief, the second deputy commune chief, and the complainant to gather more information about the land dispute.
