H.E Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Thursday, 18 December 2025, assigned HE Sin Bunthoeurn, CHRC member, to head a working group to Orkas Knhom and Prey Speu Social Welfare Centres for a human rights situation inspection.
