His Excellency Keo Remy, presided over the 7th Muouy Meun Allay
On Wednesday, 1 November 2023, His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), presided over the 7th Muouy Meun Allay (in Khmer, “Ten Thousand Regrets,”) organised by Preah Sorya at the Cambodia-Korea Cooperation Centre, Royal University of Phnom Penh.
The 7th Muouy Meun Allay was held under the theme of celebrating the 70th anniversary of National Independence Day and “commemorating the 11th anniversary and 101 years old of the late King Father Norodom Sihanouk’s passing.
This is the third time that the Senior Minister participated in Muouy Meun Allay organised by Preah Sorya.
