The Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) has filed a complaint to the United Nations human rights mechanisms, demanding swift and firm measures in response to violations of the right to housing and the right to private property of Cambodian citizens. These violations were caused by acts of aggression, the destruction of homes, theft of property, and forced evictions carried out by Thai military forces.
