On the afternoon of 12 January 2026 at the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), H.E. KEO Remy, Senior Minister and President of the CHRC, welcomed Mr. Stéphane Bonamy, Head of Mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), for a courtesy call and an exchange of views on humanitarian issues and the respective mandates of the CHRC and ICRC.
