The Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC) wishes to inform the public that CHRC has submitted an urgent appeal to Ms. Paula Gaviria Betancur, UN Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Internally Displaced Persons, in Geneva, Switzerland, regarding grave violations of human rights of internally displaced persons in Cambodia resulting from Thailand’s military actions.
