On Wednesday, 26 April 2023, His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), led a delegation of the CHRC [officials] to [the funeral of] the great disciple and sponsor of Buddhism Muon Sokhom, the mother of His Excellency Nheuk Vannara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation; she passed away of old age, at the age of 96, on Sunday, 23 April 2023, at 5:04 pm. May her soul rest in peace.
