On Friday, 7 July 2023, with close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), a [CHRC] Working Group was assigned and led by His Excellency Chou Heng, Member and Deputy Director General, on behalf of Her Excellency Chham Mari, Director General of the General Department of Investigation and Human Rights Education, to Correctional Centre 3 (M3) to monitor the human rights situation.
