Preah Sihanouk province: HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), tasked HE Khaing Chhay, CHRC member, with leading a working group to Preah Sihanouk Provincial Teacher Training College on Monday, 16 March 2026, to conduct a “Human Rights and Law” awareness session for 77 (49 female) student teachers.
