With close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Tuesday, 25 April 2023, His Excellency Nhem Bunthoeun, CHRC member and Deputy Director General, on behalf of Director General of the General Department of Administration and Complaints Her Excellency Ouch Nipon, led a CHRC Working Group to the villages of Prek Reang and Toul Khmounh, Teuk Vil commune, Sa’ang district, Kandal province to inspect the location of land disputes.
The CHRC Working Group inspected the disputed location and sought its relevant information from the plaintiffs, witnesses, the commune chief and deputy commune chief, and village chiefs.
