Residents of Sangkat Boeung Kanseng Participated in CHRC-Organised Educational Session on “Human Rights and Law”
Ratanakiri province: HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), tasked HE Khaing Chhay, CHRC member, with leading a working group to Sangkat Boeung Kanseng, Krung Banlung, Ratanakiri province, on Monday, 26 January 2026, for a “Human Rights and Law” awareness session attended by 22 (14 female) individuals.
The governor, chief and council members of Sangkat, and local residents warmly welcomed this educational and outreach event, contributing significantly to its successful outcome.
