His Excellency Sin Bunthoeurn, lead a working group to Orkas Knhom.
On Friday, 29 September 2023, with close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), His Excellency Sin Bunthoeurn, CHRC member, was assigned to lead a working group to Orkas Knhom Centre located in Samrong village, Khmuonh commune, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh to inspect the human rights situation.
On that occasion, the working group met with Phnom Penh Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation and Orkas Knhom Centre director to inform her of its purpose and to listen to the brief report on the management of the centre. The working group then inspected the situation in each room of the victims and the centre premises.
The working group was welcomed and received good cooperation from Mrs Director and her colleagues, which made this mission a success.
