His Excellency Chou Heng was assigned to Koh Kong Prison to monitor the human rights situation
On Friday, 12 May 2023, with close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), a CHRC Working Group was assigned and led by His Excellency Chou Heng, Member and Deputy Director General, on behalf of Her Excellency Chham Mary, Director General of the General Department of Investigation and Human Rights Education, to Koh Kong Prison to monitor the human rights situation.
