His Excellency But Phalla to hand over 150 kilograms of rice to the New Smile Association of Children’s Hope
His Excellency Keo Remy, Minister Delegate attached to the Prime Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on the afternoon of Monday, 15 May 2023, assigned His Excellency But Phalla, CHRC Member and Director of the Department of Investigation, to hand over 150 kilograms of rice to the New Smile Association of Children’s Hope, located in Krasaing Village, Cheung Keb Commune, Kandal Stung District, Kandal Province. This is in response to His Excellency Keo Remy’s promise to provide rice to the Association every month so as to help ease the burden of raising all orphans there.
