Her Excellency Meng Moniruoth attended the ASEAN-Australia Workshop
On 16-17 May 2023, Her Excellency Meng Moniruoth, Member of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee, attended the “ASEAN-Australia Workshop to Exchange Practices on Community Resilience Programmes to Counter Radicalisation and Violent Extremism Activities” organised by the Australian Government and the Senior Officials Meeting on Transnational Crime (SOMTC) in Bali, Indonesia.
The Forum aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences and challenges in practising community resilience programmes to counter radicalisation and violent extremism activities among participants.
In the Forum, Her Excellency [Meng Moniruoth] also provided comment and feedback in its fourth session, which discussed “perspectives on building resilience to counter radicalisation and violent extremism (CRVE)”.
