HE Bou Kuy Seng Presides Over the Charity Distribution Ceremony
His Excellency Bou Kuyseng, Vice-President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), acting on behalf of His Excellency Keo Remay, Senior Minister, CHRC President, led the distribution of charitable aid to 228 individuals living with HIV at Rokar Raksmey pagoda in Roka commune, Sangke district, Battambang province, on the morning of Sunday, 24 March 2024.
The Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, the Samdech Techo Voluntary Young Doctor Association, and the Tzu Chi Charity Foundation collaborated to host this event with the aim of enhancing the quality of life for individuals living with HIV and fostering support and compassion among patients.
