HE Ith Sann Led Working Group to Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey for Conducting Educational Session on “Human Rights and Law”
Phnom Penh: On the morning of Tuesday, 8 October 2024, HE Senior Minister Keo Remy, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), assigned HE Ith Sann, a CHRC Member and Director of the Department of [Human] Rights Education, representing HE Chham Mari, [CHRC] Vice-President and Director General of the General Department of Investigation and Human Rights Education, to head a [CHRC] working group to Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmey Hall where an educational session on “human rights and law” was organised for 32 community representatives.
The outreach programme was well-received by the commune chief, members of commune councils, authorities and the residents, who contributed to making the event a success.
