– urging the Thai side to remove the barbed wire and car tires illegally deployed on Cambodian territory;
– guaranteeing the return of property and farmlands of all Cambodian citizens that were seized by the Thai side;
– urging the Thai side to respect the ceasefire agreement and the 13-point agreement of the GBC meeting;
– creating a working group to investigate and find those responsible and those involved in this violation; and
– urging the Thai side to release all 18 Cambodian soldiers immediately and unconditionally.
