His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Wednesday, 20 March 2024, with careful consideration, delegated His Excellency Chou Heng, a member and Deputy Director General of the General Department of Investigation and Human Rights Education, on behalf of Her Excellency Chham Mari, CHRC Vice-President and Director General, to lead a [CHRC] Working Group to Kampot Provincial Prison for a human rights inspection. The CHRC Working Group presented 16 types of medications donated by His Excellency Senior Minister to Mr Director of Prison [during the visit].
