HE Keo Remy, Senior Minister, President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, assigned HE Sin Bunthoeurn, a CHRC member, to lead a working group to the National Centre for Drug Addiction Treatment and Rehabilitation; Youth Rehabilitation Centre; and Centre for Care and Rehabilitation of Mentally Disturbed Persons for a human rights situation inspection.
