His Excellency Buth Phalla, to hand over 150 kg to the New Smile of Hope Children Association
On Monday, 04 Mach 2024, at 3:30 pm, paying close attention, His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), assigned His Excellency Buth Phalla, CHRC member and Director of the Investigation Department, to hand over 150 kg of rice (3 sacks) to the New Smile of Hope Children Association located in Krasang village, Cheung Keb commune, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. This is a monthly donation made by His Excellency Senior Minister Keo Remy.
