On 8 October 2023 With close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), in good cooperation with His Excellency Phay Heng and Her Excellency Run Srey Neang, the owner of Marina Gold Clinic & Maternity, and with the coordination of the CHRC Working Group, a 14-year-old homeless girl who is staying at the New Smile of Hope Children Association–she was sexually abused and became pregnant–was referred to Marina Gold Clinic & Maternity for delivery of the baby. At 12:30 am, she gave birth to a baby girl; the baby and the mother are fine under the care of Excellencies and all physicians who have cooperated well, providing her with free delivery, feeding and medicine.

With great spirit of His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the CHRC, the Director of the Association and the victim thanked His Excellency Senior Minister, Excellencies, the owner of Marina Gold Clinic & Maternity, all physicians, as well as the CHRC Working Group and wished them happiness, good healthy and success in all tasks.
