With close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on the afternoon of Thursday 14 September 2023, His Excellency Buth Phalla, CHRC Member and Director of the Investigation Department was assigned to hand over 150 kg of rice (3 sacks) to the New Smile of Hope Children Association located in Krasang village, Cheung Keb commune, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. This is monthly support provided by the CHRC.
