His Excellency Buth Phalla, hand over 150 kg of rice to the New Smile of Hope Children Association
With close attention of His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister, and President of the Cambodian Human Rights Committee (CHRC), on Sunday, 8 September [October] 2023, at 3:00 pm, His Excellency Buth Phalla, CHRC Member and Director of the Investigation Department was assigned to hand over 150 kg of rice (3 sacks) to the New Smile of Hope Children Association located in Krasang village, Cheung Keb commune, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. This is a monthly donation made by His Excellency Keo Remy, Senior Minister.
